Famous food critic Vedat Milor, who traveled to Madrid, Spain, this time focused on dishes other than his specialty. Metgün Construction Grubuna ait olan Hard Rock Otel Madrid‘i gündemine aldı.

Vedat Milor highlighted his appreciation for the Hard Rock Hotel both on his social media accounts and in his own column.

Vedat Milor, who particularly praised the hotel's location in Madrid and said he felt like he was in Cihangir, couldn't help but mention the hotel's comfort.

The Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid, which Vedat Milor spoke highly of, became a center for delivering aid from Spaniards following the major earthquake disaster in Turkey.

Relief supplies were collected at the Hard Rock Hotel and sent to Turkey.

The main points of Vedat Milor's article are as follows:

If you look at quality of life as a whole, I would put Madrid at the top of the list. It is very rich in terms of culture, art, and history. Each neighborhood is different and has its own character. It is a very walkable city where you can stroll without feeling uneasy. It is also a lot of fun. Cafes, bars, traditional snack bars called ‘taberna,’ and all kinds of restaurants...

From a conversation with a friend: “You're still young... Both you and your spouse can work remotely. Honestly, if I were you, I wouldn't stay in America for a minute. I'd get out of here.” “Where to?” "The answer is simple. Madrid, of course!” I explained my reasons to my friend. Let me share them with you too. If you ask me to sum it up in one word, I'd say ‘quality of life’. Of course, gastronomy is an important part of quality of life, but it's not everything. It's hard to prove, but I don't think Paris is behind Madrid gastronomically. Maybe it will be in the future. But if you look at quality of life as a whole, I'd choose Madrid. First of all, even if you don't speak Spanish like me, communicating with Spaniards is easier than with French people. In general, people are more relaxed, more friendly, and open to foreigners. You don't encounter overly selfish behavior. There aren't many angry or arrogant people around. Then, getting from one place to another in the city is easy and cheap. Taxis or Uber are easy to find.

Madrid is very rich in terms of culture, art, and history. Each neighborhood is unique and distinctive.

We're spending a week in Madrid. We're staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. The hotel is comfortable and cozy. It's in the Atocha neighborhood. Atocha is a bohemian neighborhood. It's ideal for wandering around, observing your surroundings, grabbing a drink somewhere, hanging out in cafes, reading books, listening to music, becoming part of the colorful hustle and bustle, and letting yourself flow with the rhythm of life. It's also ideal for a wide variety of delicious food. Even the farthest restaurant from our hotel is only a 20-minute drive away. But in the mornings, we walk to Acid Café. Their coffee is excellent. So are their croissants... The ‘morning bun’ (a thick-crusted bread roll) with butter and Comté cheese is delicious and the perfect breakfast for me.
