The 6.3 km Vize Ring Road, located between the 71.1 km Saray-Kırklareli Road connecting Kırklareli to Tekirdağ via organized industrial zones and the European Free Zone, is opening as part of the Saray-Kırklareli road project.
In order to improve the transportation standard between the provinces of Kırklareli and Tekirdağ, the project completed in 2019 with Atis-İspa Joint Venture will alleviate traffic by diverting heavy vehicle traffic originating from the organized industrial zones between Saray-Vize-Pınarhisar and Kırklareli away from city centers.
Instead of the existing surface-coated road passing through district and village centers, the project, which passes through residential areas as a divided road, has increased life and property safety along the route.

The 6.3 km section of the Vize Ring Road, part of the 71.1 km Saray–Kırklareli Highway, has been designed to the standard of a divided road with asphalt hot mix pavement and completed at the binder level.
With the opening of the Vize Ring Road to traffic, traffic in the Vize district center caused by industry and tourism in the region will be diverted outside the city, ensuring uninterrupted travel for vehicles traveling on the Saray-Kırklareli State Road route, while the travel time on the Saray-Kırklareli road will be reduced from 78 minutes to 45 minutes.
